Straddling the Uganda Kenyan border Mt Elgon is an extinct volcano and the 8th highest peak in Africa at 4,321m. The mountain is home to an incredible diversity of flora and fauna, waterfalls, caves, peaks, gorges and hot springs. As with all our treks no technical experience is required, yet the trek is long and challenging enough to fully deliver everything you'd expect from a challenge event. Mt Elgon is a 4-day circuit trek topped off with a single day trek to Sipi Falls, as well as a full day of white water rafting on the headwaters of the Nile. An incredible week of challenges with massive diversity, a wholly rewarding and exhilarating experience!
